Thank you for shopping with Center Design Clothing Brands. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Because our products are fulfilled through trusted dropshipping partners, our return process differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

Please review the policy below before initiating a return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• In original condition

• With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

• Final sale items

• Clearance items

• Gift cards

• Intimate apparel (if applicable)

• Accessories marked non-returnable

• Items returned without original tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective item

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of packaging (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Approval Required

Because Center Design Clothing Brands operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model, returns must be approved before sending items back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges due to supplier inventory limitations common with dropshipping fulfillment.

Instead:

Customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

This helps ensure faster service and product availability.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within:

5–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment.

After fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address Orders

Center Design Clothing Brands is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Delivery delays caused by carrier issues
